Chicken Skewers

Chicken Skewers


Serves - 4-6 people

Prep time - 5 minutes

Cooking time - 10-15 minutes



  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon


  • Chopped up chicken 
  • 1 chopped pepper
  • 1 chopped onion 

Equipement needed


  1.  Combine the ingrediant for the marindae in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces and throughly coat. Cover the bowl for atleast 30minutes before cooking.
  2. Fire up your fire bowl. Once the wood starts to turn white, your bowl is ready for cooking. You will need to be cooking the skewers over a medium to high heat. 
  3. Start to build the skewers by threading the chicken anf vegtables.
  4. Once all created, place them onto the grill. Occasionally turn the skewers so they cook evenly until the chicken is cooked through. This should roughly take 10-15minutes.
  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and enjoy.
